What I Have Official Disability And Clinical Documentation...

I have official disability and clinical documentation for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (DSM-5 Code: 300.02), Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Combined Type (DSM-5 Code: 314.01), and Autism Spectrum Disorder, Without Accompanying Intellectual Impairment, Rule-Out (DSM-5 Code: 299.00). During my time at Claflin University, I was a victim of intense physical abuse, harassment, intimidation, retaliation, personal vengeance and, finally, scamming in the amount of $900 by Ms. Ruby Simmons, who exploited her supervisory position as the Director of Residential Life (Campus Housing), Claflin University, Orangeburg, South Carolina. Ms. Simmons was forcing me (an RA – Resident Assistant and college student) to complete her son’s (a high school student) homework on his behalf because he did not wish to do his own homework. I was not receiving any academic credit for completing her son’s homework; the homework was only under her son’s name and it was his personal academic responsibility. Thus, Ms. Simmons was FORCING me to engage in ACADEMIC MISCONDUCT to help her indolent son, by completing his homework on his behalf. Ms. Simmons was PERSISTENT and made three (3) consecutive attempts to force me to complete her son’s homework. Being an extremely busy college student under great pressure to satisfy my personal academic responsibilities, I did not have any time for this UNETHICAL and INAPPROPRIATE DEMAND made by Ms. Simmons, thus, I POLITELY declined her request.
